Striving to provide the best products for our patients’ well-being, and delivering them directly to your home every month. Our goal is to enhance our patients’ quality of life by supplying products that best meet their needs.

Our patients evaluate us by our ability to handle their medical supply orders. As a result, everything we do centers around our performance level. Becuase of this accountability, we get you the medical supplies you need, when you need them.

Good service is conversational, not simply a shipment confirmation for supplies.  For many of our patients, the most important component of good service is communication and good communication is critical in developing relationships.  We don’t just send you an email saying your shipment is on its way – we’ll call you to get your input and approval. Continually keeping you informed is a priority!

We know that each patient is unique, with needs that may change over time. That’s why we contact every patient family, every month.  Our patient families take comfort because they regularly hear from us and have opportunity to give us their feedback and input.

As our patient, you’ll hear from us each month too, and you’ll get to know us!

That’s how relationships are built.

URS Medical backs organizations and agencies that stand up for our patients and industry. We financially support programs that provide education, awareness, and resources to families of special needs individuals. Along with donating materials and supplies to agencies assisting families in need, we also maintain a “loan closet” full of supplies for families without insurance coverage in order to aid in special circumstances.

We feel we have been called to do more than just operate a business.  We believe our business is an answer to God’s call to serve our community.  This belief has formed our business model and practices, and gives us perspective when performing our daily responsibilities.

“I shall pass this way but once; any good that I can do or any kindness I can show to any human being; let me do it now. Let me not defer nor neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again.”  Etienne de Grellet (1773-1855); Quaker Missionary

Many of our patients have chronic or congenital conditions of a permanent nature and will require medical supplies for the reminder of their lives. In order to make things readily available for your future needs, we must be responsible with the medical and financial resources you have today.

We don’t blindly ship our patients’ full allotment of supplies without checking with them to confirm their need.  This is another reason we contact our patients each month – to make sure they in fact still need the quantity and type of supplies that have been prescribed for them.  If they don’t, we don’t ship or bill for them, saving resources for the medical needs of tomorrow.

As stewards, we realize what we do today affects what we can to do tomorrow.

If you choose URS Medical as you provider, you’re making a choice to begin a long-standing relationship and chances are we’ll be working together for a long while.  In doing so, a personal relationship will develop.  You’ll get to know us and we’ll get to know you. We don’t think it’s enough to be your supplier – we want to be your friend.

By providing a helpful service to you and communicating with you regularly, your URS Medical representative will become a friend – someone you can trust and depend on.
